How do I show SHARED on my dashboard

Question

Hello, as admin I am opening up Sage 50 and working in it and saving everything, But when i open Sage in either Single or Multi user it is not coming up as SHARED, this means everything I have worked on and saved cannot be seen by my co-worker when she opens it up and vs versus 
 How do i set this to come up as Shared

Hi Jamcgrew: 
 To answer your question, sign in as sysadmin. Go to the File menu, select Remote Data Access, Share company. If you do not have your users setup or your sysadmin setup you will be asked to do so. You will need to have and/or create an email address(User id) and a password associated with the email address for not only the owner (sysadmin) but other users who will access the shared data. Sage will email the user(s) with directions on how to open the shared data in the cloud. If this is not enough information you may contact me directly or view materials available in SageCity under resources.
