Sage 50 is looking for your data file and your data start file. When a Sage 50 company file is created 1 file and 1 file folder is created with your company name and these file extensions .sai and .saj. If they are not found in the same folder Sage 50 will not find your data. This is a short explanation and possibly not the only answer to your issue. Post back if this does not answer your question!
