Bank Feed can't get transactions - "No transactions have been downloaded. Sage is up to date"

Having trouble with the "Get Transactions" button in the Match Bank Transactions window.   It's been working just fine for months, up until a week ago.

When I click it, I get the message "No transactions have been downloaded.  Sage is up to date."  The last transactions downloaded are from 9 days ago, and there have been many transactions every day since then.

Sage says the delay is with the bank (BMO in this case) and is typically 2-3 days.   9 days seems extreme to me.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

    I have the same problem with Caisse Desjardins. It seem that Desjardins changed their settings. 

    I tried to re-add my bank accounts, and it works for 2 of them. (the credit card accounts)

    But for the operations accounts, it gives always the same account whatever the one I chose... Not my principal account of course.

    May be if you try can re-add your account, you'll be be more successful with BMO...
