tried that at the get_go, basic function did not work.  afraid the issue is a bit deeper.  thx for the reply

Do you have 2 screens: laptop screen and monitor? Maybe you did not reset your parameters to 1 screen?

This is a common Windows problem when any program is run on multiple resolutions.  The program stores the Window positions but in Sage 50's case, does not seem to track the resolution used at the time.

To correct, open the module, hit Alt-Space, M and use the arrows to move it back on the screen.  This only works if the window is not maximised.  If the menu shows at the top left of the screen (as I assume your's will), then hit the down and either right or left arrows repeatedly to get the window back on screen.  Hit Enter when you are done.
