Hi,I am a new sage user.
I took 12monthly installment of sage 50cloud.
Then I received order confirmation document for 12month payment.
On it,there is PO#,but no invoice#.
Also I have a another confirmation document for each month payment.
there are every information for my payment such as creditcard info and taxes ,,but no po#,invoice# .
I guess because these are not an actual invoice. its just order confirmation.
And on this document,it is written that an email will be sent after your payment has been processed and may not be immediate.
It 3weeks ago. still I do not have it. Where people get own invoice???
