Where I can get invoice of sage monthly fee?

Hi,I am a new sage user.

I took 12monthly installment of sage 50cloud.

Then I received order confirmation document for 12month payment.

On it,there is PO#,but no invoice#.

Also I have a another  confirmation document for each month payment.

there are every information for my payment such as creditcard info and taxes ,,but no po#,invoice# .

I guess because these are not an actual invoice. its just order confirmation.

And on this document,it is written that an email will be sent after your payment has been processed and may not be immediate.

It 3weeks ago. still I do not have it. Where people get own invoice???

    Thanks for reaching out. Moved your request to the Sage 50 CA forum and located your account ending #400xxxxxx438 for CP xxxxx Sxx Inc. As far as I'm aware, the invoice would go to the primary contact at the email [email protected]. My notes advise that "customers do not receive monthly invoices. They receive one invoice for the total amount only and shows payment terms equals 12 monthly installments."

    Please check your email for a copy of the invoice sent from [email protected]
