Remote Data Acces error: Server is too busy right now. Try again later

Hi,

I have had some difficulty opening files on the remote access server. The most recent error message is : Server is too busy right now. Try again later. Any solutions to this error message. I can't get back into my client's file. Please let me know so I can do their payroll this week.

When I have seen this error I wait only a couple of minutes and try again. Generally, I have been successful on the second attempt. Occasionally I have had to try a third time but it is always within minutes…

I tried that. By the 3rd attempt I gave up and tried again the next day. It let me in then... but I don't know what's causing it.

has this issue ever been resolved - working in the sage cloud has been a complete nightmare

This was an error I was getting using Sage Drive. It seems to have resolved itself with the update. Never did figure out what caused it though.
