Unfortunately there is no easy way to combine the two files within Sage 50 CDN. I would suggest checking the General Journal entries to determine which dataset has the most entries and use that one as the base. Then for the other data set you will have to determine which entries have not been recorded in the first data set as these will have to be re-entered in the first data set to make it complete. Remember when checking you must compare more than just the entry number.
