In order to do this you will have to create 2 different invoice templates. With the company setup use only the name TMJT Enterprises Ltd. In the invoice template add a text field to include Sally's Fishing Supplies on one template and on the other add a text field to include Sally's Shrimp Shop. Once completed and saved choose the invoice template which is used more often than the other. When billing choose the template associated with the one you want to bill under. Just a suggestion!

You might even go as far as set up the Standard Invoice Style with the one you use most often and set up the Retail or Professional Style with the other one if you are using Premium or higher.  I don't think this is available in Pro.
