I haven't found any post referencing this exact error message and am astonished because it is the root cause of problems in our organization.

We use Sage Drive and have around 3/4 users online when someone/everyone encounters this error.

I've reached out to chat support and they mentioned it could happen when the Bank Reconciliation Report is open but we make sure no reports are open when this error occurs.

Have any other organization experienced an error like this? We're only 4 people and I find it hard to people that Sage Drive is a practical solution for larger companies working in multi-user mode when we can't even get it functional with 4.
