I've been using the Accountants Edition for many years and have not needed to call technical support for at least two years. I have been at this off-and-on for the past couple of weeks. Your phone numbers all route to the same message and say that there are "no representatives available" and then proceed to hang up the call. I have sent emails to random people in the company, have tried to go through sales but to no avail. Seriously, I need someone on a phone to help me with a few issues. How do I access technical support that my subscription pays for? Signed ... a very frustrated Sage user!
