How do I reach technical support asap?

I've been using the Accountants Edition for many years and have not needed to call technical support for at least two years.  I have been at this off-and-on for the past couple of weeks.  Your phone numbers all route to the same message and say that there are "no representatives available" and then proceed to hang up the call.  I have sent emails to random people in the company, have tried to go through sales but to no avail.  Seriously, I need someone on a phone to help me with a few issues.  How do I access technical support that my subscription pays for?  Signed ... a very frustrated Sage user!

  • Nice dodge on an actual answer. I too want a PHONE NUMBER so I can TALK to a PERSON directly instead of this nonsense.  Self-help is great, but it's not what I paid for, I paid for support...and yet no one appears to be working at 8:17am today.

    Sage's support team generally works out of Vancouver and staff generally works in 2 shifts. Their first shift starts at 6:00am Pacific time. Try this number 1-888-522-2722

    The support number 1-888-522-2722 is available during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm ET, excluding holidays. This information can be found within the Sage 50 CA program by going to Help > About Sage 50 > Support Info > and then going to the hyperlink "Click here for customer assistance information." This takes you to KB 11079, hope this helps.
