The most recent update is actually 2021.0

If you were still on 2020.1 when you initiated the update you would have moved to 2020.2. Once this update is running and you subscription is current the 2021.0 would download and be ready for installing.

Thanks for responding! Ok so at the moment I am on 2020.2. How do I get the update to run again? My subscription is paid and current.

On the Help drop down menu there is an item - Check for Product Updates. Clicking on this should trigger any updates that are waiting to be installed.

If you get the message and click on it you should not close the program until advised by the message.

It says the update has been downloaded and is waiting to be installed. That I will be prompted when closing sage to install it. Which happens and I click install. Then the next day the same thing happens again. So frustrating. I think I may have to contact sage directly. :(
