I also cannot sign in...
We also cannot logon today and we cannot get any response from calling as traffic high and they just dismiss you.
I can't get in. Chat does not respond nor does phone system.
Chat indicates it's a "known issue" they are working on it and will post a message soon. No timeframe for when the issue will be resolved. Frustrating!
We are completely down, they currently have a known issue, need to know ETA -- do i give my staff a day off
I noticed problems yesterday but was told by SAGE to call this morning took a while to get a Chat representative, but I was told the same thing - guess we just wait and see !

Thank you for starting this. I also have had problems the last two days and it thought was internet speed as I was told no issues yesterday with Sage on the chat.

I spoke to someone on chat and they said it is a known issue and that they are working on it. No time estimate. Ugh! They said to go here...https://www.sagecity.com/global-resources to find updates on the situation. I have been there and I'm not sure where I am supposed to find that info.

Hi , I can't log in either . The log in process changed over night , How does that happen? I'm not set for auto updates . AND when you call you get told their phone lines went down last night and they can't call back customers. Can't get on support . HOW do we do our work for the day ? AND HOW are they going to fix this , if they can't get messages to us ?
I was told the same thing.
Can't get into any Sage Connect files. This is completely unacceptable. Cloud computing my. How about some information. I can't find a way to even open the local Sage file that is supposed the one used for the share.
I am having the same problem...so frustrating. cant even reach anybody by phone. This is totally unacceptable!!!
I just got off a chat call
"Unfortunately, Sage Remote Data Access service is currently down. The Research and Development to is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Currently there is no estimated time that it will be issue fix, but hopefully it will be soon. We do apologize for the inconvenience. " and when I said how will we know WHEN / IF it is fixed since you are not communicating with us the chat said:

I have had problems for about a week . kept on telling me someone on my computer was already signed in . I spent all day Tuesday, trying to get this resolved . when i finally reached someone we spent over one hour resolving the problem.
Now it is happening again.
