TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE AT SAGE re: Updating our Credit Card Information

Hello All,

We have have been trying to update our credit card with Sage for over a week now!

This has been the most frustrating process; waiting on the line for hours only to be put back on hold again and then having our call dropped TWICE, logging in to the portal and finding out that I could not give payment details for the credit card (only our Direct of Finance has access); getting the Director to log in to the portal and being told that only the Director could give those details... when she is the one trying to give those details!! WHAT. THE. HECK.

Can someone please help us?! We just want to update our credit card so that we can pay you. Why is this so difficult...

Maybe we should move to QuickBooks.
