You should have the downloads currently on your computer unless you deleted them and assuming you got them by download to begin with.

First go to Help, About Sage 50...., and write down the exact version you are using eg. 2017.2 or2017.3.

Then click the Support Info button and make sure you write down or take an image of the serial number, account number, etc. listed there.

Then go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Sage Software\Simply Accounting\Download on your computer and look for

SA_20170CP1.exe or SA_20171CP1.exe

to install the original base part of the program.

Then look for SA_2017XCPUP1.exe where X is the number after the dot in the version eg. 3 in 2017.3.

You will need both files to install on the new computer.

If you can't find them, then try the c:\Sage folder on your hard drive.  The original installation program should be there but if you are using a higher version of 2017, the update will not be in that folder.

There might be a Knowledgebase article that has the download links for 2017 but Sage tends to remove those links for some reason after they sunset support for the program.
