Currently:

1. We add a courier and tracking number to a sales invoice. (Ctrl+K)

2. We email the invoice to the customer. (Ctrl+Shift+M)

3. Customer receives invoice via email in PDF format.

4. In order for the customer to track the order, they have to manually go to the applicable website and enter in the tracking number.

Suggestion for future implementation:

It would be easier for the customer to click the tracking number in the invoice and automatically be directed to the website tracking section.

Ideally, it would be preferred for the invoice to be embedded in an email which might be easier to include the hyperlinked tracking number.
