Partial outage for Sage Remote Data Access (formerly Sage Drive)

  • As I mentioned in a previous post, this gets you to the point where you can restore your data, but it won't let you 're-share' the program over the drive. It says that it is already being shared. I did all of the name changes and followed a couple other suggested strings to restore and nothing. As you can see, this issue is NOT resolved, or you wouldn't have so many unhappy customers. My clients are livid and you're denying that there is a problem, isn't helping the situation. 

  • I was fortunate enough to have a case number.  I went to online chat and they were able to put me back in touch with the agent who originally assisted me.  My problem is not fully resolved but I can work in the company and Sage needs to take the company off the Sage drive and then everything should be good.

  • I have a case number too and the rep that contacted me told me to call the support line for further assistance.

    Have they been able to take you off Sage Drive so you can re-share? That's what we need to do, but it's stuck in a loop saying it's already shared using that ID... even when we change the  name and try to share with a different email.
