All customers should now have access to the 2020.1 update, but we are still seeing issues converting the database. Please see KB article 102392 for instructions on how to address this issue.

Always do the backup backup before do anything the data files
I am having issues with the new 2020.1 and don't understand the KB article at all - on hold for 2 hours and 46 minutes now and i need to access my sage - any suggestions?
What from the article have you tried yet?
I looked at method one, but i don't have any files with an underscore so tried to open the one that does not have the underscore - unsuccessful - i don't understand method 2
