You have to add the tax name PST first under Setup, Settings, Company, Sales Taxs, Taxes.  Then, you can create your new tax code and link to the new tax name.

Thanks, But only option I have, to select is HST. Is it because mine is a 2011 version?

Hi Georgerc,

If you are using First Step, you cannot add extra tax name.  Version Pro or up allow you to add more tax name.

For adding tax code, no matter what version you have, you can add as many as you want.

Tax name and tax code are 2 different things.
