Can't change invoice form-the "Browse" button are greyed out

Hi,

Does anyone know why the the "Browse" button are greyed out? I can't change the form of sales invoice. Thanks,

Glad you found a fix Helen, what did you end up doing?

Seeing this post mention "The three roadblocks that can come up are being in Multi User Mode, having transaction or record windows open, or being logged in as a User other than the Sysadmin (or as a user who doesn’t have admin rights)."

When changing the Form, in the Description box, choose "User-defined Invoice". Then the Browse box is black which allows changing.
