Have you started a new calendar year?
What version of the program are you running (see Help, About Sage 50....)? After you see the version, if you then select Support Info button you will see what the Payroll effective date is.
Have you installed the new payroll updates for January 2021?
I am having same problem and Yes started a new calendar year and also updated the version!!
It says payroll taxes effective July 2020. How do I update the payroll I am currently using the newest version of SAGE 2021 just finished installing.

I just noticed my version is 2021.0 and we need the 2021.1 version
I got it to update. Use the link on my previous reply and it worked I am now updated to 2021 payroll tables.
