Sometime the columns do not show correctly within the window. In the receipts window chose from the receipts window menu bar View, Restore Window. This may solve your issue.

Thank you SO much for your help - any idea why this happens? (it almost gave me a heart attack). We just switched to using Sage Drive last week & now our bookkeeper is going to use it this week, so I am on high alert with any changes to the norm of what we are used to. I want Sage Drive to be so good for what we need, but change wiht something like this that we are so dependent on everyday is scarier than I thought!

You are welcome! I am happy it solved the issue. It is something that just happens every once in awhile. Nothing you can do to prevent it. But any time a window seems to be missing a column or information boxes the View, Restore Window usually does the trick.
