Summer updates are here for Sage 50 CA starting June 16, 2021! See this Sage University free on demand (link to French training is here) overview of the 2021.2 release for full details. We've highlighted the top things to know below.

Expect to see an in product prompt to update as of the following dates:

• Quantum with plan - June 17
• Premium with plan - June 21
• Pro with plan - June 22

The version 2021.2 will include July 1, 2021 tax updates, as well as, outstanding new features to save you time and allow for a more efficient workflow with Sage 50 cloud Accounting : AutoEntry + Remote Data Access  - that's right! Automation of data entry in Sage 50 cloud Accounting is now more fluid than ever.

What's new?

• When you work at a company where you share work and use AutoEntry, you no longer need to interrupt remote data sharing before downloading AutoEntry transactions.
• Improvement to Banking - When you import transactions from your bank, you can quickly process them in the Appear transactions window to save even more time.
•  Multi-User Optimization for Remote Data Access - We've streamlined your workflow when you use Remote Data Access. From now on you can switch from single user to multi user mode or vice versa without closing Sage 50.

Your product update will be available from June 16, 2021 A message will inform you that a product update is ready for installation when you close your software. We recommend installing it at that time. If you haven't installed version 2021.2, a prompt will be posted on July 1st to inform you that your tax tables are expired.

Note: Tax tables are only amended for New Brunswick and Ontario. You can read the  "What's New ′′ document in PDF (French PDF here) format for more information on wage tax changes. For instructions on how to download and install your product update, please see this article.
