Did your old computer give up on you and you replaced it... but you still can't get Sage 50 to run after the install? Did you watch our Sage 50 CA 2019 install video and are you still having problems?

Don't trash that computer!

 Try these steps in order:

1. Ensure Windows is fully up to date:
   1. To check for updates, select the Start button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update, and select Check for updates
2. Create a Windows 10 restore point by following the well laid out steps here.
3. Ensure Sage 50 is fully uninstalled using: KB 14599
4. When you have confirmed you did create a restore point in Step 2, download and run the .NET Framework Repair Tool here
5. Restart computer and try to re-install Sage 50 by following these steps.
