Wanting to add more options to your Direct Deposit log and or re-arrange the columns?
One way to access the report in order to modify it is to visit your Reports menu in Sage 50 CA, then scroll down to launch the Report Center. Once the window opens, see the left side and select Banking, then see the bottom of the list to select Direct Deposit Log, choose modify this report to get a window where you can add / remove report columns.
If you'd like to see a record of whether or not a transaction was inputted into Sage 50 CA, then a useful column to add to the Direct Deposit Log report would be the Entered Into System column.
