Setup, Settings, Payroll, Incomes - change the Type from Income to Hourly Rate and it will change the Unit of Measure for you.

are you under user?  I think you have to be under SysAdmin to make the change

Okay I just tested mine.  Mine is blue too.  If you click on the blue I think double click, it will turn white and let you change it.

I'm not signed in as SysAdmin right now.  But under Setting  Users  there are option on what the users can get into.  Maybe that is an option.  Since I am not signed in as SysAdmin, it is letting me make the change, so must be other settings that the SysAdmin has to go into to allow users access.

Maybe we should go back to the beginning.

You have not yet told us which Income field you are trying to change.  I cannot think of any reason why you would want to change any of the blue income rows.  Which one are you trying to change and why?

The blue rows are defaults and you cannot change them.
