Payroll submission different year end than calendar year

I have been asked to change my payroll submission from our proprietorship business to our parent company corporation. Business ends Dec 31 and corporation ends Sep 30...I create payroll manually in Sage and therefore I am wondering how to print off all the information and ensure it is the correct calendar year information for T4 Summary for the government. I will print a Employee summary for each employee to create the T4's but how can I print off matching info for the Summary as a double check to make sure the amounts for each employee balances for the calendar year? with the business I printed a Trail balance and took the totals for each account to balance employee deductions etc. Now, I will have to print 2 trial balances - 1 for Jan to Sep and a second for Oct to Dec to get the same info?
