My suggestion is to create separate vendors for each type for the T4A/T5018. Add a character to the vendor name to identify one box/slip from the other. From there, create an adjusting entry to the original vendor and put the adjusting amount to the newly created vendor. Just make sure you put the entry into the proper year.
