Payroll emailing stubs

I currently use direct deposit for payroll and email staff their pay stubs however, a few months back I started to get bounce back email for any staff with a gmail account. Does anyone know if there is a fix for that?

If you haven't already contacted support regarding this, what do the bounce back emails look like? We have documented this alternate issue related to Shaw webmail in an article titled "When emailing, I get an "Undeliverable:" error in my email".
