History Mode Does Not Advance

Question

When attempting to "Finish Entering History" I get the following message 
 Checking Vendor.... 
 This module cannot leave history mode because the 'Prepayments and Prepaid Orders' linked accounts is not defined. 
 As it stands Vendor linked accounts are: Bank, Accounts Payable, and Freight Expense. 
 Prepayments and Prepaid Orders have been deleted from 'Vendor Linked' and 'Chart of Accounts' as these accounts are not needed in our particular case. 
 Can you suggest a solution?

Hi Cora, 
 You can temporary put in an account (zero balance) as the Prepayments and Prepaid Orders linked account. After you exit history mode, you can go back and unlink it if you don't need to use it. 
 By the way, if your chart of account already has a 1000 level Purchase Prepayments, you can just use that as the linked account.
