When pulling a report, it shows all accounts on report, even if accounts are zero. Is there a way of omitting the zero accounts in report?
yes in the chart of accounts on account tab there is box you can click to omit if zero balance - only in subgroup though not in group heading

Not sure I explained myself well enough the 1st time. I have approximately 200 accounts. I have about 6 departments. If I pull a report from 1 department all the accounts show up in the report. But only the accounts that pertain to that department have a number in them. (there are about 15 accounts that have a number) all the others show zero. The report is 3 pages long, when it needs to be only a quarter page long.
Is there a way of printing that report so only the accounts with a number are printed? I have checked the box "hide accounts with zero balance"
