When i try to start a new fiscal year i get the follow error
When i follow the steps and restore from back - get the same error. When i run ADC i get the follow error as well

Thanks for reaching out about this. Please see this article titled "Error: "An error has occurred while moving current year to last year. As a result, the new fiscal year could not start. Please restore from backup or run Advance Database Check."

Appreciate the response but as i mentioned in the second part of my post, neither of those worked
do you have the technical side paid for with your year? If so I would go to chat feature and ask for someone to remote in as there could be something running in background. I have had that a few times and remote fixes quickly.
I am having this same issue. Has anyone had any success in a solution to getting through this? Please advise. thanks
I called sage directly (1-888-522-2722), i ended up sending them a backup of the companies with the issue and they sent it back fixed a few days later
