Yes, we are having the same issues today, since 8AM. Hopefully, this is resolved shortly.
Also this issue from morning we are unable to open/ access shared data
Same here too, and it’s now been about 10 hours.
FYI, thank goodness the issue has been rectified and you can once again access the shared files.

Apologies for the delay in communications. An outage was reported with Remote Data Access (RDA) affecting Sage 50 Canada was resolved. Sage Business Cloud Accounting software was unaffected. The service has since been performing as expected and is being closely monitored. Should there be a re-occurrence, you can find the status of our products here on status.sage.com.
