Same error message

I can't connect either but it's log in issue for me.

"An unexpected error has occured while loggin in. You must log in again." is the message and it's just an endless loop and won't log in.

how long before we can get in. very frustrating.

same here it also keeps telling me there is an error and I need to login again and I've done this more than 6 times and it keeps saying the same thing

I am also getting the same message. It asks for my login information and I get "An unexpected error has occurred while logging in.  You must log in again.  It is a continuous loop.  This is frustrating.  

Same "looping" error.  I also have have issues that last few days with messages that appears like someone else is on my file...but I am the only one with access.  Is anyone else experiencing this...or have I been hacked some how?

Same here. There are systems problems but nothing noted on the official website. This has never happened to me either. You are not alone.

Same here...two of us have tried on and off all day to log into our Sage 50 shared company and receive this message:

"An unexpected error has occurred while logging in.  You must log in again",  when you log in again, you again get the same message.

I am receiving the same message.  I am unable to connect to my shared files as well.  Not a very productive work day.  Cannot contact anyone as they are ony available Monday thru Friday.  Scheduled outage is for tomorrow from 1-4 i believe.  Very Frustrating

It's interesting that there is no support available, they have the weekend off, if sage is so big wouldn't it be worth having at least one support member on staff on the weekend? Businesses need more support then just during sage business hours 

I agree.  I work 7 days per week, not just Monday to Friday.  This has caused a real mess for me.

Has anyone been able to login yet? Ive been getting the same 2 messages all day. Very frustrating

No I am not able to either. Totally frustrating.  Unable to access my backups as well.
