Sage Not Loading customer list in shared environment

It happening often. I load sage and find customer list empty. I have to close and re-open.

    Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer for this issue? Just reviewed your support ticket ending 800xxx028 and it looks like the guidance was to run the steps below:

    1. Right-click on the Sage 50 Accounting icon, then select Properties.
    2. Select the Compatibility tab.
    3. Check the box to Run this program as an administrator.
    4. Select Change settings for all users.
    5. Check the box to Run this program as an administrator.
    6. Select Apply, then OK.
    7. Select OK.
