Can you still find the cheque number that you created and does it match with what you remitted? See KB https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=58823 to find the cheque.

I can still find the payments but my remittance reports are not correct. Payments should match what i owed. I made an error when posting payments. Instead of paying as a remittance, I created CRA as a vendor and  and posted the payments. 

The payroll remittance report in Sage 50 will only be affected if you do the remittance through the payroll remittance module. If you do the remittance through vendor payments, it will not hit the payroll remittance. If this is what happened, I would void the vendor payment and do the remittance through payroll remittance totaling the exact amounts you paid. Use this article to do a remittance payment if you have not done it. Hopefully I'm steering in the right direction. Did this answer your question? Saima P
