Auto Entry and Remote Data Access

I have just moved to using Sage 50 CA with Remote Data Access. I have just logged in to use auto entry and I am getting the following error message. "A Company Shared with Remote Data Access in Sage cannot be accessed with the Sync App when it is running as a service, please run it in console mode or or stop sharing this company with Remote Data Access." What are my next steps to be able to use RDA and Auto Entry?

    Thanks for reaching out. Was this issue ongoing? KB 107422 addresses the error "A Company Shared with Remote Data Access in Sage cannot be accessed with the Sync App when it is running as a service" when setting up Sage 50 CA to work with AutoEntry and includes video guides in the additional resources.
