Sage 50 CA integration with ConnectWise

We are looking into moving our service desk system into ConnectWise and i am interested to know if anyone here has experience in integrating the Accounting aspect into Sage 50.

Any tips, pros and cons in integration will be much appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer to your question? I'm reading that the Sage 50 CA + ConnectWise integration is "in legacy mode and unavailable for new purchases." If you've already acquired / set up the integration then the email  [email protected] is available if you haven't already reached out to that support team.

    There are ways to integrate data into Sage 50. However, it needs to be in an Excel, text format or .csv format. In addition, you need pertinent field information to import transactions into Sage. If ConnectWise has the data needed to comply with Sage in the above formats an integration can be done. There is an additional price to get this done.
