cannot access remote data feature

I have a client that I set up for remote data access on his end.  Installed his new version of Sage 50 premium.  Set the file up to share, added me as a user and put his file in multi user mode.    I did this at his office location this morning.   When I got home I see I did not get any email invite but I tried to log into RDA to see if I could access the file.  I log in with my Sage Id and I get an error message saying I have a valid Sage Id but I am not authorized to use this feature.    I tried calling the support line several times but each time they say there are no agents available to assist me.   I need to resolve this asap as I have to process payroll.   I have the accountants version on my computer.
