Sage Cloud Payroll does not yet support the ability to add a non taxable allowance on an employees pay. However, this is being looked into by our development team for a future release.

I would recommend you submit it as an idea on our Ideas and Suggestion website as well, this way we'll make sure you get notified when  we are working on it and when it becomes available.
