You can process a pay run, make sure to use the Edit Tax and Other expenses function where you will be able to zero out Vacation earned and other taxes.

Hi JohnS,

Thanks for the suggestion. I run a payroll of 150 people and that would be very time consuming adjusting each employees vacation calculation (hourly and grats, so vacation is calculated on their wages only). I did find in the setup section of wages I could uncheck calculate vacation on gratuities! So luckily found an easier fix.
