Does Sage provide a comprehensive ERP solution for NFPs working with NDIS

We currently have multiple systems and trying to find out if SAGE has the ability to become the ERP in our case. Basic requirements would be a comprehensive rostering, billing, CRM, payroll, HR and accounts functions

We need an ERP that has the ability to work with NDIS, hold all client details such as plans, contact details, shift notes, medication information etc, has the ability to create rosters and then carry out billing with NDIS. 

Any insight would be helpful.
