Sage 300 2012 invoice giving error while printing

Question

Getting the following error message while printing the invoice report from Sage 300 2012, product update 1 on the client machine: 
 Faulting application name: A4WCONTAINERXP.EXE, version: 6.1.0.0, time stamp: 0x503da4ab Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.16299.192, time stamp: 0x16e7ff7f Exception code: 0xc0000374 Fault offset: 0x000da8b9 Faulting process id: 0xdc Faulting application start time: 0x01d4b6c165fef5fb Faulting application path: \xxxx\a4w_live\Sage 300 ERP\Runtime\A4WCONTAINERXP.EXE Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32
tdll.dll Report Id: 88e63985-6201-4dfe-a003-b48f442e0484 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: 
 The report is working fine on the server, however, gives this error message when printing the report on the client. 
 Any ideas on how to fix this issue will be appreciated.

 3 Additionally, since it is on a workstation, if it works on other workstations then try: - logging into that workstation as network administrator, uninstall, reinstall the Sage workstation, then run Regacc.
